Our Focus: Divorce & Child Support

In Oregon, the amount of child support is generally set using a series of calculations based on income, parenting time, medical expenses, and childcare expenses. In many cases, spouses will be able to calculate an appropriate child-support amount without the aid of attorneys in cases where earnings are fully reported on payslips and W-2s.

Our firm may be able to assist in this area if the default child-support amount is inappropriate or if a spouse is not providing financial information.
